Return & Exchange Policy

At Toolmania we strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please review our return and exchange policy below before placing your order.

1. Returns

We only accept returns for defective or damaged products.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

  • The defect must not be due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

2. Exchanges

Yes, we accept exchanges.
If you wish to exchange a defective product for the same item or a similar product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

3. Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products that are not defective.

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Clearance or promotional items, unless defective upon receipt.

5. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
